unable to load SVNPreferencesPage & more ...

Hi to all,

I try to install subclipse with eclipse (3.1) and tmate snv client.
I get some exception:
Plug-in org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.ui was unable to load class
org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.ui.preferences.SVNPreferencesPage.

or
Problem opening perspective org.tigris.subversion.ui.svnPerspective

in my .log I found this interesting exception:

org.tigris.subversion.svnclientadapter.SVNClientException: Command line
client adapter is not available

Then, I need install svn or I can use tmate library?
