Your best bet would be to use the Subversion command line to test getting
the settings right.

Just run this command:

svn ls http://svn.collab/net/repos/subclipse

When you can get that to work, Subclipse should work. If you have
problems, post to the users@subversion.tigris.org mailing list. There
will be many more people on that list that know more about these settings.
