Failed Checkout

I have searched the archive and found references to this, but no solutions.
I am using a fresh install of Eclipse 3.0.2 and the latest Subversion
plug-in (0.9.31). When I attempt to check-out a project from a
1.0.xrepository, I get a message that states the check out failed, but
no details
as to why. I am running WinXP with the latest Security Patches, JVM
1.4.2_07from Sun. Here is what is in the log:
