Installation of subclipse not correct

Hi guys
 
I am new to subclipse and my first installation onto my installation of
eclipse (v3.0.2) does not seem to want to work.
 
I have the zipped file that i extract onto my installation folder but after
i restart eclipse the option "Window>Open Perspective>SVN Repository
Exploring)," is not appearing.
 
Any ideas?
