Subclipse 0.9.31 and file:// repository access

I should have put this in the release notes.

Subclipse 0.9.31 uses Subversion 1.2. On Windows, this included an
upgrade to BDB 4.3. If you are using direct file:// access to BDB
repositories then you have to do a relatively quick upgrade process to the
repository database to update it from BDB 4.2 to 4.3. There is an FAQ

Technically this applies to all platforms, but on the other platforms you
are in more control of the version of BDB.

I am not sure which version of BDB Metissian is including in their OS X
packages, but this could also be an issue for OS X users.
