It is really up to you. I think most people would probably include those
files in the repos, it certainly makes things easier for other users. When
you share a project, Subclipse just does some stuff to turn your project
into a valid Subversion Working Copy. You can then do Team -> Commit to
decide which of the files in your project you want in your repository.
That is not done as part of sharing the project.
