Thanks Mark,

can you tell me what is the purpose of root URL? Subclipse needs it for
something?

When I filled the dialog for the first time, I entered URL of the root of my
project as the URL and repository root as the root URL.

URL: http://machine/repos/MyRepo/myProject/trunk

But I cannot checkout the whole project, only the inidividual subfolders of
the project. Now I define my repositories as you (the repository root URL)
and I don't will the root URL.
