I tried it before.
And Eclipse can access the folder, but after that I get
"java.lang.NullPointerException".
In Folder are those Files and Folder
- features folder
- org.tigris.subversion.subclipse_0.9.27.jar
- plugins folder
- org.tigris.subversion.javahl.win32_0.9.27.jar
- org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.core_0.9.27.jar
- org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.core_0.9.27.jar
- org.tigris.subversion.subclipse_0.9.27.jar
- site.xml

The zip file is a local copy of the update site. You need to unzip to
some temp folder, then go through the normal Eclipse install process.
Instead of specifying a remote update site, you take an option for a
local
update site, and navigate to the folder you unzipped it to.
