RE: Add to Version Control fails

Try using "Find new features to install" instead of "Search for updates if
the currently installed features" in Eclipse update dialog.
JavaSVN Subclipse Extension feature descriptor doesn't include update site
url reference, so Eclipse doesn't look for update automatically. This also
will be fixed in v0.8.3
