Check Out not working - cannot checkout

Dear all,

I installed the subclipse plugin and I tried to use
subclipse lately. I could create a repository location
but when I check it out as a project I am getting the
error CANNOT CHECKOUT.

Eclipse version 3.0
Subclipse version 0.9.22
Platform Windows XP

I am trying to checkout a new project (OFBiz).
The checkout starts but after a few minutes comes back
with the message cannot checkout.

Is there someone that can help me out in getting this
working?
