Sure, a lot of people are using Subclipse, and I'm sure there are
several people willing to help you.
However, you need to make it *easy* for them to help you:
* First off, write to the proper place to get help with Subclipse -
which would be users@subclipse.tigris.org
<mailto:users@subclipse.tigris.org>. You wrote (twice) to
issues@subclipse.tigris.org, which is for messages from the bug tracking
software. Only developers and testers read that list regularly, and they
will probably find you post slightly annoying, since it is off topic.
* Also, you need to be a lot more specific in your problem report.
Try and ask yourself the questions you'd want the answers for if you
were the developer or fellow user. This may be:
- Which versions are you using (versions of Subclipse, Eclipse, and
Subversion)?
- What repository access method are you using (file, svn, http...)?
- The project you are checking out, is it new, is it an existing
Eclipse project stored in Subversion?
- Can you do a manual checkout and import it using Team->Share? Will
Subclipse recognize it then?
- What platform are you using?
- Does the SVN Console view tell you anything?
Hope this helps!
