Issue with svn:external introduced by version 0.9.22

Some of the projects I work with in eclipse use subdirectories linked in
with svn:externals in the subversion repository. Today, after updating
my subclipse installation from 0.9.20 to 0.9.22, eclipse no longer
recognized the svn:externals linked directories as belonging to
subversion (files had the little question mark). I rolled my system
back to 0.9.20 and the directories worked correctly again.

To test when the problem was introduced, I upgraded my system from
0.9.20 to 0.9.21 then to 0.9.22. The problem was definitely introduced
by 0.9.22. I am now running without problem on 0.9.21.

Cheers
Chris
