This is what is in the console:

list -r HEAD svn+ssh://ryan/opt/repos
    The system cannot find the file specified.

I copied the URL from TortoiseSVN so I am assuming that it is valid.

If I try 'svn list -r HEAD file:///opt/repos' from the server it returns
valid data (the repository contents)

I am assuming that subclipse has a built in ssh client. Is that correct?

Are you using the native subclipse or the beta subclipse uses command line?

As far as I know these version should work together. I'm using a similair
setup. Is there an error message?

Open in eclipse the error log view and look at the entries.
