I just corrected a bug on javahl and that should have improved
decorating speed I think.

Can someone try to get
http://svn.collab.net/repos/subclipse/branches/subclipse-3/core/svnClientAdapter.jar
and copy it to its plugins\tigris.subversion.subclipse.core_0.9.21 and
tell us if it is faster now.
(use javahl and set "compute deep outgoing state for folders" option)
