0.9.15 Disaster

Hello,

0.9.14 javahl-win32 feature was missing javahl (which was renamed in
1.1rc2), thus 0.9.15 was born. Shortly before 0.9.15 finished
uploading, some critical fixes were checked in, thus 0.9.16 was begat
as well (not so much begat, but on the way).

Here's what you need to know:

-You can roll your subclipse back to version N with the "manage
configuration" option in the eclipse help menu
-You probably need subversion 1.1rc2
-linux and OSX don't ship javahl anymore
-if you run osx, get svn1.1rc2 from the metissian page, or build it yourself
-if you run linux, you are on your own (mail your package maintainer today)
-if you run windows, nothing has changed except for the 1.1 upgrade,
this is apparently causing issues, issues which can probably be fixed
by not shipping the native bits...

Anyhoo, 0.9.16 is on the way, should fixe the NPE when sharing a new
project, and some other stuff.

Regards, and sorry for the mess,
