Old versions of plugins not removed

Hi,

I've used Eclipse update to go from 0.9.3 -> 0.9.4 -> 0.9.5 -> 0.9.7 and
for some reason the 0.9.4 and 0.9.5 versions were still hanging around
on my disk after the final upgrade.

Is this normal?
