not sure what you mean by deploy. do you mean build? or do you mean
install?

if you have it building, and just want to install it to test it, right
click on the plugin descriptor for the ui project (while in pde
perspective), and select the "export" menu option.

if you can't even get it to build, i'll need some more detail on the
problems you are having.
