I'm happily using 3.0M7 and svn 1.0.2. Eclipse changed the team APIs for M8 (I thought M6 was supposed to be API freeze, but hey...) and haven't yet documented the new APIs and how to use them. McClain has released http://subclipse.tigris.org/files/documents/906/12177/subclipse-M8-all-r536-svn1.0.x.zip which will work with M8 (and presumably M9), but you won't get compare and sync. If you need those, drop back to M7, or help McClain get them working.
