Checkout-related issues

Hi,
I am a happy user of svn and subclipse for a while. I just wanted to
report two isues related to the checkout process:
- "Checkout As Project" does not associate any nature to the created
project (maybe it could propose to affect it the java nature or any
other available nature)
- "Checkout As..." does not allow to check out into an existing project.
With CVS I used to do that because I typically have stuff in my project
dir that I don't want to be under version control.

Could this be adressed? Shall I enter a bug report?
