[Subclipse-dev] Unsupported password store dialog pops up if the svn client config doesn't have password-stores

Hello all,
   When I was helping stylesen to setup and debug the subclipse project we found this issue.

   The unsupported password store dialog pops up, if either the svn client config file does not contain the password-stores property at all or has it commented out.

   In the case of the property being present, the dialog behaves properly depending upon whether the key contains a value or not.

   I'm attaching the patch for this issue.
