Hi. I'm back again from my trip.

I've just committed some changes. I think the output looks better now.

I played with Zest. It's easier and nicer by default, but it lacks
some features like zooming, so I think that the best will be to stay
with the GEF implementation.

Nodes with black font and border are those that have been tagged.
Their tooltips show the tags. And a tag is any branch (column in the
output) with only one node and without any connection other than the
first one.

I have also changed some things in the cache implementation. Now the
'database' files are smaller. The 'logMessages' file for the subclipse
repository was about 2,5Mb and now it is about 2,0Mb (that is 20%
smaller). I've made some memory improvements too. And the problem with
duplicated nodes now it's fixed.

I have taken a look to the GSoC timeline
(http://code.google.com/opensource/gsoc/2008/faqs.html#0.1_timeline)
and I see that next monday starts the final evaluations. I'm not sure
if I will have time to add merge support to the graph before next
week, so I think I'm going to focus on the graphical output and I'll
work on the merge support later.

My to-do list this week is:
* fix the problem with the duplication of the zoom level combobox if
you open more than one editor at the same time
* fix the problem with fonts in MacOS X. Someone could send me a screenshot?

Is there something more I should do? Documentation? Tests? I have some
tests that I haven't commited. Where should I put this tests in the
repository?
