[Subclipse-dev] Subclipse 1.4.x branch

I am going to leave Subclipse 1.4.x on trunk for now. Normally, I
would create a branch but in order to maximize efficiency, I am going
to defer branching until we starting doing some development that we
would not want to put into a 1.4.x release. It is easy to make a
branch from an old revision too.
