That would be fine too. The key is I want someone that is interested
to step forward and lead it. Do the leg work to understand what is
involved, come back and explain it to the rest of us, etc.

The Babel web site does not have any real details about the value they
add, and what it means to use them. It also is not clear if
non-Eclipse.org plug-ins can directly participate.
