[Subclipse-dev] svnClientAdapter license change

I think we should change the license for svnClientAdapter back to
Apache 2 license. I pushed to change it to EPL as part of our Eclipse
proposal (now withdrawn) and that was probably a bad idea. I
envisioned moving that code to Eclipse as part of our proposal, in
which case it needed to be EPL. But really I should have just forked
it if we did that and left the project here at Apache license for
svnAnt and the other consumers.

Anyone have any objections? All of the commits to that project since
the license change were by me or Martin Letenay (except for one by Dan
Rall). A couple of them were from patches from these people:

Tomas Stupka (works on NetBeans so he will be OK with this)
Manfred Klug
Rainer Romataka
Tammo Freese

Subclipse license will stay EPL. Just talking about svnClientAdapter.
