[Subclipse-dev] [PATCH] Conflicts filter patch - take III

I moved the conflicts filter patch over to trunk and separated it out
from the delete unmanaged patch. I removed the duplicate entry in the
plugin.properties file, not sure how that got there. I also did a
bunch of clean-up and testing on the patch to make sure it worked on
java files, non-java resources under a src package, non java-resources
under the project and that it detected property conflicts. The JDT
dependencies are still optional.
