Using the borders was just a suggestion to make the sash identifiable by
users. The patch is supplied does not contain the borders.
  Regarding the alignment of labels and elements, i haven't changed
anything - the problem that they are not aligned to the same edge also
applies to the original version of the commit dialog (and other dialogs
like the lock dialog, branch/tag dialog). This seems to happen because
of the additional composite in which the commit message textbox and
previous commit messages combobox are placed in.
