I am going to go out on a limb a bit here, but I do not think there is
anyway that there is code in Subclipse or Subversion causing this. Check
the Eclipse Team -> Ignored Files preferences and see if there is something
about tags in that list. I bet it is in there. I seem to recall seeing
something like that in the default list.
