Some people have asked for a menu and toolbar buttons, so I have no
problem that this feature adds those. What I am a bit concerned about is
that these keyboard shortcuts only work if you are showing the menu. If
you use Customize Perspective and remove the menu then you lose the
shortcuts. To me, that sounds like something is still wrong. I wish I
could say what.

I also think this should work from Synchronize. Have you looked at the
actions in the Synch view at all? I recall we had to provide special
actions for that view. Perhaps that is why the shortcuts do not work?

Just set the bugtraq:xxx properties on your project folder. See:
