Eclipse settings

Folks,

  Can you please commit Eclipse settings for all Subclibse modules?
  Since everybody has their own preferred options for formatter, tabs,
compiler warnings, etc having per-project settings committed in vertion
control system will make everybody life easier and also eliminate need
for reformatting patches. Thanks in advance.

  I also think that current project names for eclipse plugins are rather
short and don't give enough context as opposed to commonly used long
project names on eclipse.org. What do you think?
