It could be a good idea, although I suppose it is sort of predicated on
the idea that there are any cases where you should not just use JavaSVN
anyway. Right now, I would feel more comfortable using JavaHL on anything
that modified my WC or the repository, but that fear is likely unfounded.

I committed the change, so have at it.
