Subclipse and localisation (LANG env)

Localisation with the environment variable "LANG" breaks the parsing
of svn outputs. For example, with LANG=de_DE@euro, checking out from
a SVN repository fails with the message

> 02.08.2005 10:28:07 org.tigris.subversion.svnclientadapter.commandline.parser.SvnOutputParser pa rse
> WARNUNG: Can't find a svn action for svn output line : Ausgecheckt, Revision 1.

This leaves the checkout copy in some inconsistent state; right-clicking on
anything in eclipse's resource navigator throws a NullPointerException

A workaround is to unset LANG prior to launching eclipse from command
line. It would be nice if Subclipse did this automatically to avoid such
problems. (Version in use: 0.9.32 with svn 1.2.0)
