   The reason I'm asking is because action is already there (it is used
to compare two revisions in history view). The whole fix would be just
to declare menu bindings in plugin.xml I guess.

   Another functionality regression comparing to CVS plugin is that
Subclipse does not allow to create patch from Synchronize view. I'm not
completely sure if existing patch action can be used from there, but
most likely it will require minimum changes. I can look at this as well
if you want me to, I just not sure if Martin is currently doing any work
on Synchronize view...
