Unable to access branches/subclipse-3/ui

Hi All,
Is anyone else having trouble accessing the branches/subclipse-3/ui
folder of the repository?
I am unable to do any remote SVN operations in this project (update,
checkout, etc). I have tried both javahl and command line client.
The other projects (core and svnClientAdapter) are working fine.

The error i get is:
RA layer request failed
svn: REPORT request failed on '/repos/subclipse/!svn/vcc/default'
svn: REPORT of '/repos/subclipse/!svn/vcc/default': 400 Bad Request
(http://svn.collab.net)

Is there a contact at collabnet that may be able to help?
