Re: Subversion 1.9.10 up for testing/signing

From: Branko Čibej <brane_at_apache.org>

Summary:

    +1 to release (Unix)

Verified:

  - Tarball contents and signatures
  - check ((fsfs, bdb) × (local, svnserve, dav))
  - check-all-javahl
  - check-swig-py
  - check-swig-rb
  - check-swig-pl

New issues:

  - 'make check-javahl' has become more verbose, printing this in every test:

WARNING in native method: JNI call made without checking
exceptions when required to from CallObjectMethodV

Not a release blocker but quite distracting.

Known issues:

  - 'make check-swig-py' requires 'make install install-swig-py'.
  - 'make check-swig-rb' requires 'make install install-swig-rb'.
