Hi Peta,

It is likely that this is a problem specific to TortoiseSVN, and not
to core SVN. TortoiseSVN has its own mailinglists, so you should
report your problem there:

https://tortoisesvn.net/community.html

(Before doing so, you could perhaps upgrade to the latest version,
1.11.0, and see if the problem is already fixed)
