The meet-and-greet event will happen in the Restaurant: Cafee Madrid [1]
at 8 pm (UTC: +01:00) on Thursday November, 23rd.

I booked a table there with two additional seats on reserve, so even if
you decide on a short notice to show up just head over. There'd still be
a free seat available for you. Hope to see one or another during that event.
