Seriously? I think that timestamps is very important part of
information in issue tracker and we should preserve them exact,
regardless how them were exported or stored on tigris.org. I could
imagine that someday we introduce the policy to only fix issues filed
in the afternoon, but close as Invalid issues that are filed at night.

PS: I'm kidding of course :)
