I did some digging and I believe that it linked to this thread:

This 2008 thread links to that thread and says there isn't much there but a
question and two responses:

The patch to add the FAQ and link was submitted here:

The individual that submitted the patch started a similar thread here (but got
no responses) before the linked one:

The thread I suspect it is matches both the number of replies as mentioned in
the 2008 message, seems to match up with the information that is put in the
FAQ, and has the correct timeframe.

All that said having looked at the thread I'm inclined to just remove the link.
 9 year old info isn't all that useful now and the truly useful information was
added to the FAQ.
