We've got a couple of options.

1) Use the votes we have and move forward with the release if this vote passes.

2) Start a fresh vote for 1.9.0-alpha2 since that allows people to change their
vote based on the new requirements. I don't think this is necessary because I
don't think anyone would do that.

3) Roll a new tarball. Don't think that's necessary. All it does is delay
everything.

My preference would be to do 1). If someone objects to that then I'd hope they
would say something over on the 1.9.0-alpha2 thread.
