Well, it's more than just doing the import.
Assuming the issue numbers will change (best case the number stays the same
with a prefix), then all (updatable) issue numbers need to be updated
(source code, logs, notes, other issues, our website), all references to
the tigris issue tracker need to be updated etc.

Most if this can be automated, given enough time.
