I'd be happy to drive something like that. Starting with a dump, it
shouldn't be too much trouble to create an importer script.

BTW, the next release of Bloodhound will have multi-product support
built in, so presumably it should be possible to use the
issues.a.o/bloodhound instance. That's for whenever we decide to migrate.
