Yup I'm guessing that's about when Hyrum stopped doing all of them and
other people took over. Since it wasn't documented it stopped
happening.

I'm disinclined to make a change to our subject lines we've been using
for so long unless several people think it's a good idea. Personally,
I find them as more of a clutter than a help. A good subject line
shouldn't need a prefix. But that's my view, if others thing it's
useful we can change it.
