Hi Mark,

This change adds the output-controlling options you requested for "svn
diff" in JavaHL. Can you please take a look at the Java API side if it
makes any kind of sense?

(I'm slightly horrified by the complexity of ISVNClient.diff, but I
proudly added to it anyway.)
