Ah... Thanks for telling. So it will be an essential resource but not a
browser.

Yup, I noted that it has this (and that it's good that the URL is
constructed from the message id) but it lacks a way to navigate from
there to a threaded view of this message, and the threaded view doesn't
have a message- or thread-specific URL.

Yup. I was just looking for a system that already does what we want.
