Actual.

When the cron jobs catch up, it will contain mbox files for each month
of our lists' lifetimes. Just take a look at something like
http://httpd.apache.org/mail/

btw, mail-archives.apache.org *does* have per-message links: it is the
"Message view" hyperlink in the upper-left of the message display. If
there are any problems, desires, or changes to the display, then we
can fix mod_mbox (see http://httpd.apache.org/mod_mbox/)
