At this time, no. The svn-org repository belongs to the Subversion
Corporation, which still exists at the moment. As we work to bring the
Corp. into full stagnation and eventual dissolution, we'll of course
move/copy items versioned there to their respective new homes. (Though, by
the large, those items don't have deep histories worth caring about from
what I can see anyway.)
