I'm not seeing the segfault, I am seeing the mime-type issue that Mark
reported. I tested out of the branch at r40042, and I had to
"svn merge -c36101 https://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk ." to get it
to build with apr version 1. So I think we are good to go.

I will propose r36101 for backport and fix the mime-type test on trunk
and propose for backport, but I don't think either of those issues
should block rolling.
