gen-make.py and serf

Hi,

I don't normally pay attention to the gen-make.py process; but, the
other day, I noticed that no matter what I pass, gen-make.py doesn't
even notify that it has found serf. It notifies that it found neon
and other packages, just not serf. I talked to danielsh over irc
and also noted that peculiarity. Going over gen-make.py, I'm
not entirely sure how it works. How do I get gen-make.py to
say "Found: serf <version #>" because I have no idea what version
of serf I have (which comes with the subversion deps 1.6.5).

Thanks

Edmund
