FAQ Manager?

Hi there,
I am a fulltime consultant with +10 year experience
of software development and version handling.
I am right now setting up SVN from scratch
for a main Swedish customer. I am eventually interested
in the role as FAQ Manager. I have some ideas
of developing and use a customized "web crawler"
application for scanning the maillists and
finding the most common questions/topics.
