Subversion Hackathon at SubConf 2009 -- are you coming?

Committers,

I've traded some emails with Alexandra Bleicher, one of the organizers of
the SubConf conference, about the prospects of securing some space and a
network connection for a hackathon at the conference this year. She seems
keen on the idea.

The conference proper is on Wednesday and Thursday, October 28-29. Prior to
that, on Tuesday the 27th, there is a day of workshops and, that evening,
another developer roundtable such as we had last year.

If I understand the deal that's being offered correctly, it appears to allow
for us to have the room for 1-3 days, depending on our needs. Committers
who attend the roundtable discussion will be allowed to attend the hackathon
for free. Non-committers, and committers who are *not* attending the
roundtable discussion, will need to fork out €100,00/day (to cover
food/drink costs).

Alexandra needs some information from us to help finalize some of these
details. First, for which day(s) do we need this? Are we hoping to have a
space for all three days of the conference, or just for that first
workshop/roundtable day?

Secondly, who among you us is planning to attend? Alexandra is ultimately
looking for me to provide her with two lists of folks: (1) committers
attending the roundtable, and (2) everyone else. She's already expecting
the following folks: Hyrum Wright, Stefan Sperling, Stephen Butler, Julian
Foad. (Also, a Dave Brown that I don't think I know, but who I suspect
Julian does.) I told her that Lieven and Bert are possibilities, too. Are
there others of you who are able to attend?
